Financial Operational Risk Management Senior Advisor- Work From Home Opportunity

This is a Contract position in Moreno Valley, CA posted November 17, 2022.

Job Summary: Influence the IFP segment, local markets, and network partners in performance opportunities including but not limited to network structure, clinical and quality initiatives, product design, risk adjustment, non-par reimbursement, medical and pharmacy claims trends, value based arrangements, population health, and operational improvements.

Core Responsibilities: ?

Develop and implement strategic recommendations to mitigate financial risks in an effort to manage total medical costs and support overall risk management objectives.

?

Approach analytics with customer and provider centric mindset to understand how customer demographics and bias drive results and influence future product and network strategy.

?

Function as key point of contact for segment analytic support for IFP leadership in understanding the drivers of financial results and claims trends.

?

Lead data driven meeting with IFP leadership to form and communicate recommendations based on performance results to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

?

Support data and analytics reporting in managing performance, risk, and opportunities for their geographies.

?

Maintain savings scorecard where emerging risks and opportunities are quantified.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred Ability to deal with ambiguity and turn into clear plans and actions Superior analytical and financial skills Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal (formal and informal) Demonstrated change agent skills within a matrix environment Professional savvy and organizational agility both horizontally and vertically in organization Bachelors degree in Business or related field highly preferred 5 years of data analytics, informatics, risk management, underwriting, or related experience If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
