Behavioral Health Office Receptionist Position: Behavioral Health Private Practice Office Receptionist Part-Time Flexible Scheduling Available Weekends and Holidays Off Start date: Immediate Pay: Based on Experience 360º Wellness & Coaching is a group of board-certified psychotherapists and executive coaches who provide quality ethical behavioral health services.

Our licensed professionals, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Professional Counselors, provide an array of behavioral health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Our Certified Executive Coaches work with individuals and corporate teams to help them realize strategic objectives.

360° Wellness and Coaching is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team.

In this role, you will work at the front desk of our behavioral health group practice.

You will work to assist our clients and providers.

Your primary job duties will include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient co-pays, processing paperwork, and assisting the providers when needed.

You also have the opportunity to assist with our social media platforms, create content and participate in our monthly newsletters.

Responsibilities include: Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

Reviews patient’s file before appointment to assess proper paperwork is on file, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.

Collects client co-pays and assists with billing duties Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
