Braun Intertec’s Bismarck office needs a professional, high energy, take-charge individual to provide administrative support and manage the general office needs of the office.The selected individual will be working with engineers to format deliverables to the client following Braun standards as well as overseeing the general office administrative needs, including ordering supplies, copier and building maintenance, and any other administrative items that come up during the day.Required skills:excellent organizational skillseffective verbal and written communication skillsdetail-orientedgood problem solving, computer, and communication skills to assist more than 30 employees in everyday tasksSpecific computer skills include PDF/Adobe, Microsoft Office SuiteRequired education:High School diploma or equivalency.
