What will you be doing every day?
Welcome and direct visitors where they need to go, while answering administrative questions.
Prepare conference rooms for meetings, events, and client visits.
Be sure to answer and monitor emails, faxes, and phones.
Prepare home care supplies such as start of care boxes, welcome packages, gifts, etc.
Send out Service Agreements for new and current patients while assisting with verification of benefits for private pay patients.
Track patients and employees birthdays and other important occasions with corresponding gifts and mail.
Manage and disperse incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with preparation of documents for audits, school invoices and other projects, as requested.
Assist the IT Director with patients tablets set up, as needed.
Verify patient insurance eligibility Replenish snacks and drinks station.
