This position is the initial contact to our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.Job Title: Customer Service / Schedule CoordinatorWork Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pmPay Scale: $15.00

Supporting the dispatcher with scheduling service appointments and routine maintenance.

Maintain customer database with current information.

Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.

Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPass background check & drug screen2 years related experience in customer service, scheduling, office experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Stellar customer service skillsExcellent and interpersonal communication skillsThe ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and techniciansA clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the positionThe ability to type 40 WPM with accuracyData entry, filing, and other general office dutiesKnowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel.Strong organizational skills and high attention to detailGeneral sales skills and aptitudeMust be punctual dailyExperience in HVAC or similar industry desired
