Join us and let’s get started.AECOM’s Buildings Places practice includes architecture, interiors, building engineering, workplace strategy, business transformation, asset advisory, economics and development planning, master planning, urban planning, and landscape architecture.About the position:Our multidisciplinary Asset Advisory services team supports clients with large real estate portfolios with strategic planning, facility condition assessment and long-range capital planning to help prioritize limited funds to gain the greatest benefit from their buildings.The Planner I
– Buildings Asset Management Program will assist our architects and planners in the Asset Management team on several ongoing projects, on tasks including scheduling, research, data management, meeting facilitation, and the management of field teams.

We will train the right candidate on the needed tasks, as well as any background on asset management.Minimum RequirementsCandidates must have completed an accredited university program with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Planning, Real Estate Development, Asset Management, or related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Microsoft Word/PPT/Excel, Adobe InDesign.Experience/interest in managing large data sets, UI/UX design.Additional Information:Relocation is not available for this position.What We OfferWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
