– Technical Architecture (3) Mandatory Experience Qualifications Mandatory 1: Minimum of six (6) years of experience in Technical Architecture.

Mandatory 2: Minimum of six (6) years of experience in design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in the following technical disciplines: enterprise service bus, service oriented architecture, network design, application development, middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations.

Mandatory 3: Minimum of six (6) years of experience within multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.

Mandatory 4: Minimum of six (6) years of experience with developing technical solutions including privacy and security, standards development, and internal/external stakeholders’ collaboration.

Mandatory 5: Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing (Simple Object Access Protocol) SOAP-based and RESTful web services.

Mandatory 6: Minimum of five (5) years of experience with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) and Extensible Markup Language (XML), and with standards and technologies as they relate to the design and implementation of SOAP-based and RESTful web services.

Desirable Experience Qualifications Desirable 1: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Desirable 2: Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with any California Health and Human Services programs and projects, such as SAWS, MEDS, CalHEERS.

Desirable 3: Certification in SOA or Cloud Computing Technology.

Desirable 4: Minimum of three (3) years of experience applying industry standards and best practices when designing technical solutions.

Desirable 5: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in understanding business processes and to design a technical road map that addresses both short and long term goals at an enterprise level Desirable 6: Minimum of three (3) years of experience reflecting the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment (i.e., business and technical staff, management, clinicians).

Desirable 7: Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on a MITA project or on a project with requirements directly related to the MITA Initiative.
