< P>Our agency client is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst!

Agency is focused in on Medical Aesthetics (pharma/cosmetics).

< Strong>This roleis hybrid in Long Beach, full-time!

< /strong></p> <P><Br> </p><P> You will support the brand marketing team in developing data-drive solutions and maximizing the ROI for marketing tactics, vehicles, and channels including managing data collection, analysis, and reporting as well as development, assessment, and interpretation for information in order to make critical decisions.

< /p><P>< Br></p> <P>MARKETING DATA ANALYST DUTIES: < /p><P>
– Assist with developing, maintaining, and tracking performance reports that provide insights into campaign effectiveness, optimization, and business impact< /p><P>
– Own performance analysis and reporting across all stages of the customer journey, including campaign performance, demand generation, content performance, customer retention, and customer engagement.< /p><P>
– Regularly measure campaign performance and communicate recommendations for improvement to marketing and creative stakeholders including optimization, segmentation, targeting, etc.< /p><P>
– Ensure successful user adoption by presenting data in a fashion that is easy to understand with the proper documentation< /p><P>
– Develop user-friendly, self-service dashboards, reports and business insights in the appropriate visualization systems< /p><P>
– Ensure data structure, integrity, and collection processes are aligned with reporting and business needs, including tracking and attribution of multi-touch user journeys< /p><P>
– Support ad hoc reporting needs for key executives as well as goal setting and forecasting efforts for Americas Consulting marketing leadership< /p><P>
– Consult and coordinate with all members of the marketing team to ensure adherence to and continuous improvement toward marketing performance measures and decision-making rooted in maximizing return on investment< /p><P>< Br></p> <P>MARKETING DATA ANALYST REQUIREMENTS: < /p><P>
– 3+ years of marketing analytics experience working for fast-paced companies or start-ups< /p><P>
– Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Datorama or other< /p><P>
– Adept at Google Analytics Universal and familiarity with GA4< /p><P>
– Experience managing and executing paid search in Google and paid social media campaigns in Meta (ad set up), LinkedIn advertising experience a plus< /p><P>
– Experience using tools for website analytics, social listening, SEO & keyword research, competitor monitoring and content / digital trends< /p><P>
– Familiarity with SalesForce and Advertising Studio a plus< /p><P>
– Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work through ambiguous problems using structured and unstructured data< /p><P>
– Solid understanding of marketing and sales concepts, terminology, and principles< /p><P>
– Experience creating dashboards and working with data models < /p><P>
– Data storytelling and communication skills < /p><P>
– Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multitask< /p><P>
– Consistent track record in using quantitative analysis to drive marketing decisions< /p><P>
– Translate discrete data sets and patterns into meaningful, human insights that others can build on< /p><P>
– Strive for automation of data pulling and visualization by creating, adjusting, and maintaining live dashboards< /p><P>
– Design data approaches in compliance with all data regulations (local and international)< /p><P>< /p>
