As a Deployment Technician, you will play an integral part in configuring and deploying technology systems for our New Restaurant Openings (NRO), Technology Lifecycle Program (TLP) refreshes, and implementations of new technical solutions like Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) for 11 high preforming brands.

As the Deployment Technician, you will: Travel to NRO’s for installation, staging, and testing of all restaurant equipment & systems.
Travel as needed to assist with creating and validating processes for projects & deployments.
At NRO’s you will work in a construction environment, consulting with project managers, construction supervisors, technicians, and tradespeople to complete locations that support equipment.
Assist with planning & research to ensure coordination and completion of projects are on time and within scope.
As part of the team, help design, deliver, train and support our Operators in their use of new technologies within our restaurants during projects.
Assist with providing technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause determination during and post-deployment of systems and software for NROs, Technology Lifecycle refreshes, and projects.
Develop close working relationships with management and staff, including understanding their business processes to better serve them with technology Maintain appropriate documentation and change management logs This position is an in-office/remote hybrid role.
What we require: Knowledge of basic computer hardware and experience with desktop and server operating systems 2 years equivalent work experience in IT support Experience with Point of Sale and Restaurant Applications (e.g.
OLO, QSR, NCR Aloha) Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment preferred General networking/connectivity knowledge Excellent organizational skills, analytical abilities, problem solving and keen attention to detail Ability to plan and prioritize to guarantee deployments are implemented as required and within established timeframes Strong customer service attitude, effective communication skills and function efficiently in high stress/pressure work environment Work some early morning, night, weekend hours, or Holidays as dictated by operational needs.
Provide rotating on-call evening/weekend after-hours support to restaurant locations Approximate 25% travel Strong writing and documentation skills Working knowledge of the restaurant industry preferred Who Is Sam Fox?
