Led by new General Manager Bill Zito, the Panthers are off to their best start in franchise history.

Off the ice, the business team is seeing growth across all key metrics including ratings, social engagement and a busy 2022 concert schedule.

Meanwhile the organization is expanding outside of FLA Live Arena and recently purchased the FTL War Memorial in Downtown Fort Lauderdale to build a new practice facility and concert venue.About the Florida Panthers Foundation:The Florida Panthers Foundation serves as the team’s main charitable beneficiary.

Re-introduced in the middle of the 2013-14 season under the ownership of Mr.

Vincent Viola and Mr.

Doug Cifu, the vision of the Florida Panthers Foundation is to make a positive philanthropic impact on the South Florida community and beyond.

Through partnerships, grants, and community programs, the Foundation will focus on four priorities, including youth hockey, children and youth, veterans and the endangered Florida panther.

The Panthers Foundation raises money through various fundraisers and in-game initiatives, including the 50/50 Raffle, jersey and memorabilia auctions, “Puck for a Buck”, outside events and other opportunities to engage fans in support of the Foundation.

Through the Foundation, the Florida Panthers looks to support exemplary South Florida nonprofit organizations that help make a positive impact in the local community.Job Summary:The Florida Panther Foundation is looking for high-energy, motivated sellers to join the Foundation’s highest revenue generating initiative as part of the 50/50 raffle sales team for the 2021-2022 season.

The 50/50 Raffle is conducted so that 50% of that game’s jackpot goes to the winner and the other 50% of the jackpot goes to the Florida Panthers Foundation.Job Functions:Specific duties include but are not limited to: Sell raffle tickets to fans pre-game and through the end of the second period intermission.

Educate fans on the details of the 50/50 raffle program and answer questions fans may have about the program.

Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements.

Responsible for making credit only sales and troubleshooting the technology of the 5050 raffles through tablet and printer devices Understand the mission of the Florida Panthers Foundation Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned Ability to roam the arena or stand at kiosks to sell raffle tickets Help with and promote other Foundation fundraising initiatives (i.e.

auctions, merchandise sales, etc.) Qualifications: Must be over the age of 18 years.

Must be able to provide own means of transportation.

Prior experience and responsibility of working with credit card transaction devices Ability to interact positively with large fan base.

Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.

Strong sales skills and verbal communication skills.

Candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary.

Having a flexible schedule that allows for working all panthers home games.

Call time for this position will be 1 hours prior to puck drop.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a part-time position.

Hours of work are based on event schedule and are mostly nights, weekends and occasional holidays.
