Job Description Our client, a Renowned Beauty Brand is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join their team We are looking for a meticulous, driven self-starter to manage all internal data systems and subject matter experts for all areas of the HRM systems.

In this role, you will be partnering with various internal teams to develop and implement strategic HR policies and programs for the company.

Your approachable demeanor and ability to take initiative on a variety of projects will make you an ideal candidate.

This is a 100% remote temp opportunity with the potential of full-time conversion for the right candidate.

Specific responsibilities: Liaise between the Tech team, System Vendor, Payroll and HR Business Partners supporting process and system configuration Oversight of administrative functions including security maintenance, business integrations, and troubleshooting any data issues Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to document system requirements for integrations and implementations Act as main data entry and auditor within HCM and HR systems, keeping in compliance with established policies, data security, privacy, and data integrity Troubleshoot, provide solutions and implement fixes to configuration, file feed, and system issues Assist with user training and hands-on support Support development of SOPs for all system-related processes Uphold business trends and system processes related to the technology Serve as point of contact for file feed development, testing and implementations Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling documents or employee information Special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications: MUST have at least 3 years experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar HCM software Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Ceridian Dayforce Administrator certificate preferred Demonstrated experience with project management, and HRIS tools development methodologies Prior experience with SQL and XML is a plus Familiarity with all state and federal employment laws Exceptional interpersonal skills; previous success working individually and collaboratively Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Discretion and integrity in regard to sensitive information Please submit your resume for immediate consideration You can use www.Workgrades.Com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
