Description: Position Summary: NEW LOCATION OPENING Birdcall is a rapidly growing, hip fast casual restaurant.

We are searching for highly motivated Front of House professionals looking to partner with a top-notch team and make a major impact on a Company experiencing explosive growth in Colorado and beyond.

The ideal candidate has experience hosting, greeting, and welcoming guests and members of the community.

Our Front of House team members are responsible for assisting customers with their needs while providing excellent service and hospitality.

He or she will be the face of Birdcall and be responsible for maintaining the standards of the Company This position is non-exempt and reports to all in-store management.

The compensation for this position ranges from $14-$17 per hour.

Requirements: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcoming the guests, presenting the kiosk concept, and presenting menus to guests; Drive-thru will be the same process adding order taking for the guests Handing guests their ordered drinks and age verify all guests before serving alcohol; Offer water for guests waiting for their food if they do not have drinks in their order Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables Cleans, organizes, and stocks condiment/drink stations and restrooms as needed/once every 15 mins Adheres to safety and sanitary procedures set my management and the local health department Answers the phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant Interacts with guests as they leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience Fills to-go orders, assist other front of house duties such as drive-thru, stocking all operation areas with supply and condiments if applicable Ensure all kiosks are in working order and screens cleaned with sanitized paper towels every 15 mins Have the capability to maintain the kiosk’s proper functions and ensure the kiosks are working at all times Completes other tasks/duties as assigned Education and Experience: High school degree or equivalent Previous customer service experience (preferred) Food and Beverage experience (preferred) Competencies: Problem solving/analysis Team oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Adapt to change and open to new ideas Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules Strong verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines Ability to work independently, assist with a variety of projects and be assertive as appropriate Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
