Provide friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests.
Clean and set up food displays in the Deli as well as prepare coffee and other related products.
Courteously answer telephones, take orders and assist guest with purchase decisions, collecting the proper method of payment and ensuring a branded behavior throughout every interaction.
Stock and maintain food displays in neat or orderly fashion.
Assist with bussing tables, making Espresso drinks, and washing dishes if necessary.
Native American hiring preference for qualified candidates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Clean, set and re-stock food displays continuously, assuming responsibility for side duties.
Stock and ensure cleanliness of the deli, customer areas and employee lounge.
Greet customers and employees in a polite and friendly manner.
Take food orders, bus tables, assist with washing dishes.
Process all cash and non-cash sales.
Prepare food items and espresso drinks ordered by customer in accordance with Department of Health regulations.
Serve food at deli counter, customer area and catering orders, including alcoholic beverages (beer and wine); working with Cocktail Servers to ensure timely cocktail service.
Stock service area with drinks, food, ice, and condiments.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Must follow all safety rules and regulations and alcohol service policies.
Follow all general and department policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Six (6) months previous food serving and cashier experience preferred.
Ability to use Point of Sale system.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team members.
Strong organization, prioritization and multiple-tasking skills.
