Primary Duties: -Prepare complex tax returns for individuals and/or small businesses.
-Analysis of general ledger accounts and reconciliation of bank accounts.
-Prepare annual Form 1099s.
-Able to create and analyze Excel spreadsheets.
-Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks.
Requirements: -A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in accounting.
-A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience preparing tax returns.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Skilled in the use of Excel Spreadsheets.
-Skilled in use of Microsoft Office.
-Skilled in use of QuickBooks.
-Strong organizational skills -Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
