Job Description Position Purpose The CHEP LVR Representative will be responsible for executing multiple less-than-truckload deliveries and collections daily.

They will be responsible for route and volume optimization through the development of customer and internal support partnerships.

They will also be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing additional collection volume where applicable within their service area.

Starting hourly pay $8/hour Major/Key Accountabilities Operate a CHEP owned box truck (or similar equipment) in compliance with all DOT Regulations and CHEP Safety requirements Execute deliveries and collection of empty pallets (and possibly other assets) at locations provided by CHEP as efficiently as possible Work with local customers on program compliance in order to drive efficiencies and increase collection volumes Document all delivery and collection data (times, mileages, volumes, customer comments, etc.) and communicate to CHEP LVR support personnel Visit potential collection locations to explain the CHEP LVR Program, gather data/information with the ultimate goal being adding locations to the Program’s customer base Identify and execute against continuous improvement opportunities Measures DOT & Safety Compliance On Time Performance/Customer Service Levels Operational Cost Optimization Total Pallets Delivered/Collected New Customer/Location Growth LTL Program Cost Performance Authority/ Decision Making Customer Issue Resolution Delivery/Collection Prioritization Working Autonomously Working within a Matrix Environment Key contacts Internal : Asset Recovery Reps LVR Coordinators Customer Service Field Reps Service Center/Operations Supervisors, Clerks and Managers External: Key Retail & Manufacturing Customers (Local level) NPDs (Local level) Potential Customers (Local Level) Qualifications Willing to lift 65 lbs.
