Aesthetic Finishers Inc.: Manufacturing Manager

The perfect candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of steel fabrication experience and be proficient in all steel manufacturing processes.Must have an understanding of the physics of metal forming, tool selection, and be able to figure out complex bending and welding applications.This position will require the candidate to oversee all quality and ISO requirements and ensure that we remain compliant.Work hands-on with production personnel to lead by example and provide constant guidance and training of current and new personnel.Responsible for all scheduling to meet our customer’s requirements and ensuring the on time delivery of their product.Great communication skills and follow up to communicate with our customer service reps and customers is a plus.Take care of all aspects of the fab division and make critical decisions utilizing root cause analysis and past experiences.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 $90,000.00 per year
