The position, Mobile Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering individual and team KPI’s along with serving as a mentor. They will report to the Director of Sales in addition to the Sr. Events Manager while at tradeshows and sponsored events. This role is perfect for individuals with a love for travel, an energetic personality and an outgoing approach to sales and marketing.
**This is an onsite position at our Pleasanton, CA Headquarters**

Responsibilities:
Go-to person for support on software and sales strategy with Mobile Sales & Marketing Representatives.
Responsible to tracking progress and reporting of sales and upsells in the field.
A mentor on the road to the team.
Meet individual sales goals for tradeshows & sponsorship to prospect for new business, sales opportunities and contribute to overall team goals.
Build strong relationships with accounts.
Executes high volume of outbound service/sales efforts.
Devote a significant portion of time to prospecting through outbound calls, developing leads, finding new business, and identifying new potential communities and customers
Maintains established customers and manages accounts and prospects in CRM.
Oversee the sales process of assigned accounts and prospects from initial contact through event, sign up and onboarding.
Develop tools to track travel results and the value of competitive events.
Actively assist with creation of trade show maps and work with assigned accounts to maximize participation.
Provide high level customer support to client traffics at events.
Utilize data-driven business intelligence on prospects to identify new trends and opportunities.
Manage your account list and travel on location.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of management experience in a Sales role
Must have experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-based product to a diverse customer base
Strong customer relations experience in-person, phone, and email.
Experience making data-driven decisions to identify new trends & opportunities
Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
Self-motivated with ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
Organizes and prioritizes projects to efficiently meet goals with minimal supervision
Professional and personal integrity
Creative, forward thinking, and problem-solving mindset
Ability to travel internationally
