What You Will Do We are seeking Manager/Sr Manager for our Technology Services team to enhance and maintain and grow relationships with large customers & be responsible for managing P2P implementations and service offerings for client accounts.

You are expected to retain existing business and client satisfaction while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.

A key requirement for this role is to understand clients’ business requirements and ensure that the products/service are provided to the client meeting or exceeding the expectations.

You will be responsible for supporting the firm’s complete product and service offerings.

The right candidate will have excellent client relationship skills and a strong technology background in procurement.

Candidate should also have previous successful leadership experience in managing a team.

Responsibilities Establish and manage loyal relationships with key stakeholders Conduct solution development and proposal delivery for selected clients Form strategic account plans including areas for improvement, opportunities and action items Genuinely care about client challenges and successes and able to demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skills to help client overcome challenges Develops customer account plans for customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.

Identify opportunities for client to increase usage of the current product as well expand to new products offered by GEP Proactively manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.

Understand client business requirements, propose and negotiate a technical solution and deliver solutions Translate client business requirements for internal technical team and ensure that the product/service is delivered to client per the requirements and timeline Display deep knowledge of GEP products and markets and is capable to deliver demos when needed What You Should Bring 8 years of relevant experience in P2P implementation Working knowledge of functional procurement and its resulting transaction in ERPs (preferably SAP, Oracle) or Source to Pay platforms.

Working knowledge of integrations, middleware, APIs, data exchanges preferred.

Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with various internal teams Ability to document action items and drive them to completion Ability to comprehend business problems and presenting the needed solution to the customer
