As a Region Director, you will be responsible for stores located mainly in the San Diego market. This position reports directly to the Division Vice President. As Region Director, you will be responsible to develop and implement strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of retail stores while also delivering against enterprise priorities and goals. Ability to understand and break down complex situations to deliver impactful solutions in real time. Record of actively taking on issues in a significant manner, while keeping broader organizational dynamics in mind. Demonstrated abilities to perform in a rapidly changing environment, adapt to changing dynamics, and find solutions that satisfy multiple ‘customers’ of the business. Track record of building high performing teams and developing key talent. Demonstrated real passion for bringing new leaders along and helping them to realize their ability to impact the business.
